A few things worth knowing

→The Rs 10,000 plan allows 1 Owner login and includes email support; the Rs 12,500 plan allows up to 3 Owner logins; the Rs 19,000 and Rs 25,000 plans allow up to 5 Owner logins.
→Plans above Rs 10,000 include full telephonic support, Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm.
→GST is charged extra on all module plans and WhatsApp API fees.
→On the Agents + Customer plan, agent seats can be extended beyond 30 in blocks of 20 for Rs 2,500/year each, up to any limit needed.
→Customer limits (1,000 on the Rs 19,000 plan, 1,500 on the Rs 25,000 plan) can be extended in blocks of 200 for Rs 2,500/year each.
→Owner Module is bundled into every plan at no extra cost.
→All prices are per year and renew annually.
→Pricing applies to one company set up in Tally.
→Multi-company support is not currently available.
→WhatsApp API induction and renewal are billed separately from your module plan.
→Ongoing WhatsApp usage charges go directly from provider to customer.
→International pricing (billed in USD) applies to businesses outside India; GST does not apply to these plans.
